Quay Zone Terms
1) All our scheduled tour prices are based on based on a single person with Dinner, Bed & Breakfast.
2) All our scheduled tours are based on six or four night's accommodation depending on which tour is purchased.
3) The client/s is/are, responsible for their own transport to and from Inverness, unless prior arrangements have been agreed and paid in full.
4) All ferry crossings and bridge tolls are included in the tour price.
5) All tours will be conducted using a PCV nine or twelve seated minibus, dependent on the group size.
6) All clients are responsible for their own safety. Neither Quayzone Ltd nor any of its employees will not be held liable for any injuries sustained during the tours. All clients will be made aware that we will visit potentially hazardous terrain and therefore should take due care and attention for their own well-being.
7) All Clients are expected to be reasonably fit and capable of walking five to eight miles in a day.
8) Quayzone cannot guarantee that all bird species will be visible or seen during the tours, we will not be held responsible for the non availability of any species.
9) Quayzone does not permit the use of Global Positioning Systems during tours, anyone found to be using Global Positioning Systems, will be asked to switch the unit off failure to do so will result in that person being immediately removed from the tour. This will be strictly enforced. NO refunds will be paid.
10) Quayzone cannot guarantee favourable weather conditions during the tour period. If the conditions are felt to be unsuitable by the tour leader to continue then it will be discontinued and an alternative solution will be arranged.
11) All tours require a £100 deposit to confirm a booking
12) All tours costs must be paid in full 8 weeks in advance of the tour start date, if cost are not paid in full by the required date then the booking will be cancelled and the placement will be re-advertised. No refunds will be paid..
13) Quayzone in no way alludes or states to having professional scientific qualifications in ornithology.
14) It's is illegal to disturb any bird in Britain during its breeding season. At all times we will remain at a suitable distance to remain within the law and to leave the birds undisturbed. Anyone found to be in breach of this, or found to be approaching nesting birds will be removed from the tour immediately and reported to the authorities.
